Recommission
This bike belongs to a friend at work who last used it 5 years ago back in 2007, for a few years it was started and run up, but then left covered up and untouched.
This was not a full restoration but more of a very thorough clean and recommission to get it working and back on the road again.
Full strip down to get the the frame and also check over all the electrics.
I did not remove the engine, but the engine was given a fully check over and oil and filter change

All parts removed and checked then cleaned and polished
All paint work including tank and panels were clean with a cutting paste and then highly polished
Carbs and fuel system including fuel pump where stripped and cleaned
Two brand new tyres fitted and balanced plus hours of cleaning and polishing
All finished and ready to be started
Running nicely but the straight through pipes way too loud
Original exhausts found and fitted
